Demon King is a skin that gives voicelines to John Doe, similar to 1x1x1x1's Betrayed skin. He also gets the unique kill animation shared with his Milestone III and IV skins, and a chase theme which is shared with 1x1x1x1's Betrayed skin. John Doe now sports a crown and some hair, while also getting horns on his head and multiple chains around his body, along with wearing a cape and having 6 spider legs sprouting from the back of his torso. He has a spike for one arm.
