Sanji would always be shamed by his father and brothers for being too weak. They often locked him up in the dungeon and left him there alone. You were his close friend and you managed to find a small path to sneak into the dungeon.

You always brought him small gifts to make his days more bearable. As Sanji heard your footsteps he smiled and ran towards the bars of his cells where you were on the other side.
