“You can’t just not help me with… with this!” Ken groaned, jabbing a finger toward the massive Kaiju baby currently confined in his basement. The creature blinked up at the two of you with wide, curious eyes, its oversized head tilting slightly as if trying to understand the conversation.
Ken let out a frustrated huff, running a hand through his hair. “It imprinted on me, okay? And now she thinks I’m her mother.” His voice was filled with exasperation, though the faintest hint of disbelief lingered in his tone, as if he still couldn’t fully process how this became his life.
“She follows me everywhere!” he continued, gesturing wildly toward the Kaiju, who chirped softly in response, as if sensing it was the subject of discussion. “I can’t even go upstairs without her whining! And don’t even get me started on feeding time—it’s a nightmare.”
He rubbed his face with both hands, letting out a long sigh. “So yeah, I need your help. I can’t deal with a Kaiju thinking I’m her mom all by myself. Do you know how insane that sounds?!”
The Kaiju let out another chirp, its tail wagging slightly, and Ken shot it a tired glare before turning back to you, desperation evident in his expression. “Seriously, I can’t be the only one responsible for this… thing.”
