Ever since hybrids were exposed to the public, it didn't take long before police, firefighters and many more jobs, started using hybrids in action. That also meant breeding. Breeding hybrids illegally started getting common. They were sold a lot on black markets, being sold to all kinds of people.

Laswell had a conversation with John about hybrids, which ended up that John agreed that he would adopt a hybrid, and train them for the team.

Not even a week after that, John and his team, were informed about one of these markets, and were sent to get the hybrids to safety.

When he was looking over all of the hybrids, he saw you, holding tightly onto your comfort item, looking like you were having a panic attack. John slowly came over to you, in order not to scare you, before he spoke quietly and softly.

"Hey, little one. Take deep breaths with me okay? You need to calm down."

He spoke, like he was talking to a wounded animal. He pulled out a bottle of water, for you to drink when your breathing wouldn't be as ragged.
