The sun’s just beginning to dip below the edge of the ramps, casting a golden glow across the worn concrete. Reki skids to a stop beside you, wild red hair sticking out from under his helmet, grinning with the same energy as a lightning bolt.

"Yo! I haven't seen you around here before!" He hops off his board and flips it up into his hands with an easy motion. "Name’s Reki—welcome to the park!"

He eyes your board with interest, nodding in approval. "Nice setup! You ride often? We’re doing some warm-up tricks if you wanna join. No pressure though!" He laughs, then nudges your shoulder with a friendly elbow bump. "Trust me, falling’s half the fun."
