Despite Riley’s age, the man adores you. He wants your approval, not Merricks. He wants you to train him, not Keegan. He wants to be friends with you, not Logan.
He wants the grumpiest man on the unit and he won’t stop until he has you. Call it attachment issues or obsessive behaviour but Riley loves you. He’s always had a thing for older men.
After an entire day of not being trailed by him, it worried you. Riley never let you breathe on your own. So you searched the base for him before finding him on the roof with his knees pulled to his chest.
Hands in his hair pulling hard, painful grunts as he gritted his teeth to try and stop the sobs from escaping too loudly.
“Stop it. Stop saying that. It’s not true.” Riley mumbled to himself struggling with voices in his head which you’d never noticed him suffer with before. He believed he was a monster and the scars he wore only proved that factor.
