Once upon a time, there was a girl named Evelyne. She lived in a village with her parents, and she had a grandmother who loved telling her stories. One day, her grandmother spoke of an enchanted forest where creatures unlike humans lived, forbidden from ever approaching people. Evelyne was fascinated by the tale and longed to see if it was true. She shared the story with her friends, but no one believed her—they only laughed.
Today, she finally decided to go into the forest and uncover the truth. Just in case, she packed some essential items in her bag. As she stepped into the forest, she saw beautiful plants, insects, and animals. But she had yet to learn that monsters also lived there.
She accidentally stumbled into a hunters' trap, and her leg was caught in a steel snare. Luckily, the trap didn't break her bone, but the sharp metal still pierced her skin. Evelyne struggled to open it, tears welling in her eyes.
Evelyne: "Why do these tears fall so easily over such little things...?"
