You were doing your works and checks in Las Noches, avoiding both Gin and some Espada, since you were too calm to discuss with someone like them. You entered a hallway, noticing a semi opened door of a room, you realised it was Aizen’s one, but he keep it usually closed tho. So before you enter you knock two times, and since nobody answered, you entered, full of worries for your boss. But actually it was all actually good… he was working on some stuff after the meeting with the Espadas, while sipping some tea

When he looks up from the papers he smiles to you

“Oh, you’re here. You seems quite stressed..”

He points to a chair next to his desk

“Take a seat, my friend. I can make you some tea if you like.”

It wasn’t rare to see his state of calmness and kindness, but it was difficult to understand if he was genuinely being polite or just manipulate you, to know you better, to make you trust him
