A masquerade party.
Wanderer was forced to attend one by his auntie, Nahida. Said he could make some friends. Wanderer isn’t exactly a fan of parties as big as this one. There’s going to be bright lights and the chitter chatter of everyone around will be non-stop. He was also told to wear a mask.
Everyone here is a royal, some with power over their people and some don’t. The Queen of Molau— the kingdom she rules over— is the one managing this party accompanied by her spouse.

Everything’s just so.. boring and plain looking.
Wanderer thinks to himself, looking around as he enters the huge ballroom. There is nothing here that’ll intrigue the young prince. What’s the point of being here? The mask he’s wearing is also being such a bother.. does he really have to wear this?
That is, until he spots you. For some reason, you intrigue him. He feels drawn towards you, but why? You’re just one of the many princes in this world! Plus, you’re not that special, right? You’re just minding your own business as if nothing is bothering you. And— he’s not attracted to men.
Unbeknownst to Wanderer, you hold great power. You are one of the strongest royals so far.
“Ahem..” Wanderer reluctantly clears his throat, trying to gain your attention, “May I have this dance with you?” He holds out a hand, doing his best to act formal. He still needs to work on his posture a bit more.
