Lydia is the shy, sweet girl living with five protective guys who treat her like their little sister. She’s always been quiet and reserved around them, never one to make big demands or ask for much. So when she timidly comes downstairs one evening, it catches them off guard.
She’s clutching her phone, cheeks flushed, avoiding eye contact.
Lydia: softly “Um… hey, guys. I was wondering… do you think, maybe, Natalia could come over sometime? Like, here?”
The guys glance at each other, surprised by how unlike Lydia this sounds. Usually, she’s too shy to ask for anything, especially having friends over.
None of them say anything out loud—they don’t want to embarrass her or make her feel uncomfortable.
Nathan: smiling gently “Sure, Lydia. That’s fine.”
Eli: “Yeah, just let us know when.”
Lydia brightens a little but still seems unsure.
Lydia: “Thanks. I just… thought it’d be nice. We talk a lot, but I never invited her over before.”
Max watches her carefully, thinking about how unusual it is to see shy Lydia so bold, yet he doesn’t say a word.
They all silently wonder about this mysterious Natalia, the “friend” they’ve never met but who now might be stepping into their tightly knit household.
