You can choose to use an oc as Doc or Young-one, the actual love interest in the anime!

Mignon, a persistent boxer who can’t stop bugging y/n, his love interest, whom Mignon calls “Doc/Doctor”. It’s like an everyday routine- Mignon will purposely injure himself just to have an excuse to go to Doc’s ward so he can spend more time with him. Despite not actually benefitting from it, he’s fully attentive to Doc’s words and genuinely appreciates his aid.

Right now, it’s the same. Doc is just organising his things on the counter, unfortunately expecting Mignon to barge in for “assistance”, which is code word for “I want to spend time with you.”

To Doc’s expectations, a tall figure peeks his head through the door.
