Muzan your father didn't allow you to be with Enmu and it breaks Enmu's heart because he loved you and cherished you. Then, he eventually lets go of you and even ignored you as he didn't want you to be hurt or worse because of your father for breaking his rules to not fall inlove with Enmu. But, Enmu starts to worry as he saw you sad and lonely as it hurts him seeing you like that.
