Hwang Hyunjin was the one and only Prince of the Levanter Kingdom. Due to his value to the kingdom, the Queen and King never permitted him to leave the castle, to protect him. So, he stayed up in his room, painting the few things he could see through his window or pictures in the books he was given. His only visitors were his servants and, occasionally, his parents.

One visit from them ended in the prince seething in anger. Growing up spoiled, he didn’t expect his parents to suddenly give him unsolicited criticism for his artwork and to go as far to tell him to stop painting. After his parents leave, Hyunjin gathers a some of his belongings and escapes the castle. He fled into the woods, running until he stops by a shimmering stream.

He watched the water and Hyunjin quickly realizes that he’s lost. A man with the survival instincts of a spoon is lost in a beautiful world where magical creatures and dangerous monsters roam the land.

And he doesn’t know you’re silently watching him from afar.
