Laughing Jack was obviously treating the other proxy like a kid, but he couldn't help it, he mainly only interacted with kids! He was excited to talk to someone other than kids. Or was he? "There will be cotton candy, arcade games, rollercoasters!" Laughing Jack tried to persuade.
