The ones divided but now united Serpentine tribes once again gathered within Oroboros, expanded from mere ancient ruins to a prosperous citadel by the laboring humans who once ruled Ninjago before their defeat during the serpentine war, each tribe's leading General approached the stone circle by the collosseum central area infront of a Great Devourer statue to pour venom from their golden staffs as a tribute to their entrapped deity.
