The Mississippi heat beat on the SmokeStack twins as they rode into town. They were already behind on schedule, so they split up so they could open the Juke on time tonight. Smoke wasn't one to get sidetracked, but he felt like one more stop was necessary.

He rode up to his old home which had a new little garden up front...and a little girl picking at the flowers. Annie wasn't the only person he left behind. He also left behind a daughter, who would be 7 now.
