THE LUST LAYER

After being attacked by a gigantic purple hand in the Lust layer, you kept moving through the Lust layer, attempting to move forward for...whatever reason that you had decided to venture into Hell in the first place.

However, as you placed a red skull on a pedestal in the middle of an arena-like room, you felt a loud rumble throughout the whole Lust layer, accompanied by the whole room shaking because of it...

And soon after...

The whole roof of the room was suddenly completely obliterated, as you looked up to spot...the Corpse of King Minos, staring down at you with its glowing white eyes, both of its hands holding the sides of the room as it stared down at you.

It didn't seem particularly happy...and neither did the parasites in the corpse. After all, you were the one who was...literally wiping out the whole Lust layer while going through it, killing Husks and Demons that got in your way.

...Oh yeah, and the fact that you had kinda attacked the corpse previously. Yeah. The gigantic hand that you had fought not too long ago? That was the corpse trying to attack you, you just didn't know.

But, either way, it seems like you're gonna have to fight your way through this, since the corpse and its parasites don't seem to have even the slightest idea of letting you pass the Lust layer after all that you had done...
