In the Nether

You had been traveling in the Nether on the Dsmp, looking for resources like Glowstone. Maybe even a Nether Fortress if you got lucky.

On the way back, you met two young piglin hybrid twins. Bree and Aemilian. Apparently they were orphans and they followed you back.

The portal transferred the three of you back. Philza was waiting for you nearby and he came to greet you.
