You had woken up in the dead of night to get some water. You slowly eased out of the bed to get your drink, trying not to disturb your husband as he slept next to you. But as you looked, you noticed he might already have been disturbed.

Expecting a peacefully asleep Nathaniel, you were surprised and concerned when you saw him—his brow furrowed, face sweating, mumbling incoherently in his sleep as his fists tightened. Is he having a nightmare? You gently cupped a hand on his cheek to try and wake him.

But that’s when you felt how warm he was. He was burning up. He did seem off earlier, but when asked, he dismissed it. It had gotten so much worse overnight! Clearly, he was just having a really weird fever dream if he's reacting like that.
