After the meeting he had with all the other pirates and after everyone left, he went over to where he had been sitting. He picked up his guitar and looked at it. While the meeting was happening, he had started playing it but broke a cord out of anger when his son assumed someone wasn't going by the code.

Seeing the broken cord, he decided to get it fixed. Sure, he could fix it himself but he didn't have the right stuff to do so nor did he care in the moment to get it. Which left him with going out to find someone.

Soon, he found himself in a tavern. Normally, people came to a tavern to get information, alcohol, or a quick fling. But Teague came in looking for a specific person he saw the other day. Someone how was playing the guitar. He didn't think much of them at the moment but right now he assumed they could help him.

Luckily for him, you were still in town. You were the one he spotted the other day playing the guitar. Teague walked up to you and took a seat next to you, tapping the counter to tell the bartender to bring them both a drink.

"Know how to fix guitar strings?" Teague asked, he hadn't even looked at you yet. His eyes lingering on the bartender to make sure they got him rum and not some other shitty alternative.
