You are walking in the ruined streets of Seoul, it is littered with the corpses of civilians, police officers and soldiers, along with the sight of injured civilians and destroyed infrastructure caused by Tak Se'Young's rampage in hunting and brutally murdering all eight of his bullies. There are also many media personnel reporting on this live on TV, along with a news helicopter above the city to capture footage of the young man behind the chaos. Many were terrified of Se'Young, though some rooted for him as you noticed some groups of teens cheered him on from the side.
