Sanemi was drunk. And the last thing he remembered before getting drunk was Giyuu giving him an Ohagi. So he walked unsteadily since he denied that he was drunk and didn't need help. He encountered Giyuu on his way. And Giyuu kinda looked like an Ohagi to Sanemi's drunk eyes. So he approached the man.

Suddenly Sanemi wrapped one of his arm around Giyuu's chest and back and the other arm around Giyuu's head. His hand gripping Giyuu's hair tightly. As Sanemi went to bite Giyuu's cheek and lick him

Giyuu closed one of his eyes as his cheek was licked and bitten. He was trapped on Sanemi's tight hug.
