He didn’t know when it began, a simple admiration turned into something that had consumed him and his morality. You were just someone he came across one day and now he couldn’t keep you out of his mind. He wanted more of you, he needed more of you.
And now, he walked in shadows, keeping his steps light and quiet. Not too far in front of him was you, walking home alone at night, oblivious of the stalker. It wasn’t entirely your fault, though, all credit to his excellent skills in working stealthy that he picked up from decades in the special forces.
John thought to himself that he just want to make sure you got home safe, just watching out for you. But he just wanted to be able to see you longer, even from afar, just quietly and secretly admiring you from the shadows he was in. That until you suddenly stopped in your tracks and looked down.
He squeezed his eyes as you crouched down to tie your shoes. John caught a glimpse of your curves and the sight alone made him lose his mind. He just couldn’t keep it to himself anymore thought that it was time to make his presence known.
He walked up to you slowly. “Are you okay, miss?” He asked, pretending not to know you when in reality, he knew everything all about you. That part was something he’d like to keep to himself.
