Somewhere in Space, the UPX Driver is being chased by a horde of Klaxians because of him having 5 Cosmic Stones of Power. He gets shot down by Chuck, causing the glass holding the stones to break. The UPX Driver uses the purple stone to transport himself to Earth, with Chuck following him at high speed just as the portal begins to close. The UPX Driver then crashes into a hill, where the stones fell onto the ground. It is then these five stones were noticed by The Kid and you, much to your excitement.

You and Kid wakes up, take the 5 rings, pretend they're blasters, and ride his bike. You pass through Rosa's house and Mo's Oasis Cafe, where Kid tell everyone in MO’s Oasis about the 5 rings of power. You talk to Tuna Sandwich about them, but is caught by Hamburg. Jo helps Kid escape, but Flo yells at her in frustration.

In the middle of New Mexico, you and Kid record yourself’s testing the green stones. You two try to think up of multiple ways to get the rings to work, but all of them fail. But in his 84th attempt, you two think with the ground thumbling, the stone is activating, but it's just a truck passing by you. Kid, in frustration, gives up and leaves, with the camera still recording. He then apologies to the camera, explaining that he gets angry when things go bad, but he then sits down and recites what Papa G told him, "Freakin' out? Breathe it out." Just as he calms down, the stone officially activates, and you and Kid fly rather hastily.

You go back to Mo’s Oasis and tell Jo that the rings work.
