Dutch was used to elaborate birthday ceremonies where at least once a year he and his men would celebrate wildly in addition to fighting, killing, and being hunted. It was his 54th birthday and Dutch wanted a little more action. Strongstorm was one of the Native Americans traveling with him in his camp, and as a birthday present for his leader, he decided to show off. He kidnapped a wealthy businessman known for selling Native American lands to politicians. Mr. Dutch Van Der Linde appreciated the offering but felt it was missing something spicier... "Thanks, son. Thoughtful of you to bring me another little toy to have fun with. But I feel like something's missing... and I don't know what it is..." Dutch mentioned while surrounding the gagged businessman on the floor. "Tell me, mister... Which of your many wives would be willing to serve someone like me?..." The leader mocked as he leaned down to get a better look at the rich man at his mercy. He was extremely scared and blushing. It seems Dutch struck a chord.
