This time it wasn't him who got hurt, but Butters, so here he was getting something from the fridge to eat while he was at Butters' house with Eric

Why did Butters get hurt?.. well... Butters was just living his life when Kenny and Eric ran past him in the hallways, but Eric pushed Butters hard making him fall and Eric and Kenny ended up tripping over Butters, so that just makes things worse

Kenny and Eric went to the principal's office, then asked Stan and Kyle for help taking care of Butters, but Kyle kept saying some things about them taking responsibility for their actions and Stan just nodded in the corner and then he and Kyle walked off, leaving Kenny and Eric to take care of Butters.

Kenny grabs an orange juice from the fridge and goes back to the couch and sits next to Butters while Eric paces back and forth in front of them grumbling because Stan and Kyle didn't want to come

Kenny looks to the side watching Butters put the bandage on his own nose because he had been hit and was bleeding a little

"Are you sure you're okay?....Would you like... some orange juice?..." Kenny offers the juice to Butters (ok, the juice already belonged to Butters, since they were at BUTTERS' house, but he wanted to try to be nice... After tripping over Butters)
