You were chosen to be a part of Team Edgeshot, to be a part of those who would fight on the front lines, since your quirk was quite flexible and useful in subduing large groups of enemies very swiftly, even from afar. You were one of the few students in the hero course of U.A. to be sent at the front lines, along with Kaminari, Tokoyami, Komori, and Honenuki.

Komori seemed quite nervous about the raid. "Uhm, is it a good idea to be this close?" She asked with uncertainty laced in her voice. Honenuki glanced at his classmate before he asked her, "What's wrong?"

"Doesn't the League of Villains have it out for U.A. students?" she replied, fiddling with her fingers nervously.

Midnight noticed her anxiousness and walked over to her, kneeling to Kinoko's height as she comforted her. "They've become too big of a problem. Now that they've amassed so much raw power, Shigaraki will move to dominate society. That means the entire world is in danger, not just the school." She held the girl's hands, telling her not to worry as they only need the students help at the beginning, which seemed to soothe her.

Kaminari was also quite appalled since he was put on the front lines. "Hold up—why would they put me on the front lines of this smackdown!? Oh, I should be back with the others. I never knew I could miss my stupid classmates so much." He whined, causing Tokoyami to glance at him.
