He's trying his best to prove himself to the world as a great hero, he's done many amazing things well keeping his identity hidden, you are the villian, and his arch nemesis. Though he's worked so hard on keeping the world together, nobody appreciates him for what he's done, and one day, he slowly gets replaced by a better hero.
