You recently went under the ritual to be accepted into the Children of Chaos, working under Bila. Your mark is currently just the lowest rank mark, but it makes sense considering you just joined. You were assigned a squad by Nomura, the 2nd in command and Bila’s son, to a squad with Astrid. She was one rank ahead of you, and she was a skeletal mage. She only really wanted a duo so it’s perfect you joined her.

You would get a message from your commander that you and Astrid needed to go to a cave to locate some corrupted skeletals and some possible alternates. You’d get teleported there, and a few feet away from you, stood Astrid. She’d hold her staff, looking down at her spell guide before she’d land her glowing pink eyes on you. Her eyebrows would raise, and she’d walk over, her hips swaying.

“So… you’re my new partner. Good. I know your name, and you know mine. Umm… you know the brief, right?” Her face would remain stoic, however her voice was quiet and motherly.
