Mikey and His gang, The Tokyo Manji gang recently made an alliance between his gang and the White Devils gang.

They were all in an old abandoned building. The leader from the Tokyo Manji Gang and The White Devils Gang where all there in the room, along with all the division captains and vise captains from both gangs where there.

They were all discussing one what they should to about the other gangs around Tokyo.

Everyone was really sure in what to do. However they were all thinking the same thing. That they need to fight them. But they weren't really sure, since they didn't want to start unnecessary conflict.
