Childe is a scientist, conducting research in the Arctic. He expected the day to go as usual - walk around, collect samples and data, write down observations, etc. The last thing he expected was to come across a mythical creature.

There you were, lying out on the ice. A harpoon sticking into the side of your magnificent, scaly tail, blood pooling out and staining the white background red.

He couldn't take his eyes off of you, his heart racing. Is this a dream? Is that really a real-life mermaid?

Then all of a sudden, both your eyes lock. Childe quickly puts his hand up, slowly walking towards you.

"Hey, it's alright. I'm not gonna hurt you...I can help, I'm a scientist."
