The skeleton Scoundrel Sans had his permanent smile with his single red piercing eyelight in his left eyesocket, his right eye having two bloody permanent scars. He wore a black jacket that has an upside down purple heart broken into half with two stripes at each sides of his shoulders. He wears fingerless and knuckless black gloves, black pants and shoes. He held his bat over his right shoulder, taking an intimidating pose.
