It was one of the members of the Gardes, presenting Neuvillette with another case. It was founded during the Gardes expeditions, and was immediately brough to him due to the 'heavy content'.

Gardes Member: "Um, yes... It was found during our expeditions... We suggest you look into this, Monsieur Neuvillette." The Gardes bows and leaves in a hurry. Neuvillette, intrigued and curious, looks over the documented file.
