Jun was slowly dozing off on the train ride back to his hometown. He figured he may as stop and rest and restock at home before travelling through his home region and seeing the sights. It was late at night, and they still had this ride and a ferry ride, and then another night long train ride until he was home.

Across from him was a young woman already out like a light on the dimmed train. Her Munchlax next to her asleep and leaning on her, as she was leaning on a pole next to a Snubbull as she kind’ve arched over it as she slumped over. Her hands holding a Sandygast slumbering in her lap. The train steward was in the back of the train car, and there was a Pokémon Ranger in one of the seats. In the back there was a trainer still up holding his tablet as his Squirtle tapped the screen playing some kind of game.

Jun’s own Bulbasaur was next to him, one of the plant Pokémon’s vines wrapped around Jun’s arm not wanting to get separated on the almost empty train. The little Pokémon was staring out the windows. Jun’s Mimikyu was in the other set on his right, chomping down on some snacks and a sandwhich happily.
