"Oh, hey there, neighbor!"

A giant blue beagle waved to the new neighbor. He had a small red hat, colorful spots, and an equally colorful tie and vest.

"Whatta ya doin' out so early?" He asked with a friendly chuckle in his voice, looking at you curiously.
