Tenma didn't care what color a woman's hair was, after all, after the birth of a child from God, the woman will still die, so after almost a year, the dragon god got himself a person who will be close to his heart, namely a little boy named Rui.

when Tsukasa’s boy grew up, he spoiled him with various fun things, even carried him on his tail, rolled him, anything, just so that his son would not cry, and Rui grew up to 4 years old, he was not a spoiled child, most likely, he was happy on the contrary, because there were no serious problems.
