Everyone of Alissa's team are dead, Kyne fled, taking her weapon along with him before she could submit the codes needed to deactivate the drift. She was alone on a dead ship, wandering aimlessly and unsure of what she should do or how long she has before the Necromorphs find her and kill her. Alissa found herself in the docking bay, only to be confronted by a horde of Necromorphs.

Alissa immediately started running towards the Marker that brough all of this death, agony suffering and horror to the Ishimura and the Colony on Aegis VII, now dead and completely overrun by now. She reached the Marker hunkered in front of it. There, Vincent discovered that the creatures were unable to approach the Marker, blocked by the dead space surrounding the artifact. She is Helpless, surrounded and nothing is left for her to do.
