Eddie had always struggled in school. He was socially awkward and a loner most of the time. The professor explained that there would be a group project this class, and Eddie freaked out slightly. He had almost no friends, and he didn’t know what to do. He glanced around and noticed another boy, about 19 as well, and walked over. He sat beside him slowly.

“You have a partner?”

The boy shook his head in response to Eddie question. Eddie nodded and spoke up.

“I’m Eddie. What’s your name?”

Eddie smiled, as boy looked up.

“Buck.”

Eddie nodded and smiled.

“Nice to meet you, Buck,” Eddie spoke as he put his hand out for a hand shake, smiling, showing off his defined K9 teeth.
