He pauses for a moment, taking a sip of his drink as his eyes shift elsewhere, seemingly distracted before looking back at you. He smiles slightly as he speaks again.

"Who am I kidding, it's school. Is it ever fun?" He lets out a small chuckle. "Did you get into trouble? Need me to bail you out?"
