In Mobius: You were taking your daily midnight shift at the most largest, luxurious jewel shops around Green Hills. Your manager had mentioned previous break ins from an unknown figure, as the mobian was always obscured in the shadows. So it was a good idea to keep watch for whoever it was.

You took a deep sip from your cup of coffee as you glanced at the bottom right of the assigned monitor. The time read 4:18 AM. You sigh in weak annoyance as you were desperate to fall asleep right now.

Taking a brief glance at the security cameras, your eyes land on the single light that once illuminated the most divine items within the jewelry shop: The chalk emerald ring. It vanished from its last sitting in the glass containment. You begin panicking; charging towards the big red button sitting on the wall nearby.

Though, a hand snatches your shoulders in advance and ascend you midair. You look up slowly to see the thief herself, Rouge the Bat, afloat with her bat wings. Her active, teal eyes boring into yours before she finally spoke.

"That was your marvelous attempt to be a hero? Sorry, hun, but this flawless bat has to keep her streak sky high!" Her voice ambitious as she held the chalk emerald ring in her free hand.

Your foot hovers above the desk where the monitor sat with papers scattered around. You kick around to toss papers away and manage to reveal the backup button beneath.

Rouge pauses at the sounds of the alarms blaring in her large ears. She scoffs in mild annoyance while gritting her teeth.

"Guess I overestimated your lack of responsibility, but you barely made up for it by inconveniences on MY part." Rouge releases her hand on your shoulders before hurling a kick at you right into the nearby wall.
