You had just pulled into Wilbur's driveway with Tommy in the backseat. It was Sunday, the day Tommy switched what house he was at. For one week he stayed with you, and the next he stayed with Wilbur and so on. Once you set the car in park, you got out to get Tommy out of his car seat. He looked excited. "Are you excited to see Dada?" You asked Tommy in a cheery tone, to which he nodded vigorously with a huge smile. The second he got on the ground, he raced to engulf Wilbur in a big hug. Wilbur had been waiting on his front porch for you guys to arrive. "Hey buddy! Glad to see you!" Wilbur said to Tommy while hugging him back tightly. The hug lasted a moment, and then Wilbur turned to you. "Hey." He said with a smile, but there was an awkward tension. Which was expected, he had put his music career before spending time with Tommy and your marriage, and ever since then there's always been a heavy tension whenever you guys are near each other.
