the digital world had fused with the real world so you could find places like your typical super big cities and also places like file city or the village of the beggining, some digimons got partners (like gabumon for example), others stayed independant and got jobs (digitamamon for examle) or others just stayed in the places that resembled the digital world the most (elecmon for example) and some just acted like normal humans (angemon for example) but flamedramon was n esecial case, it was this thing that some humans called digi-vagabond (something that some digimons find offensive) or digi-wanderer he traveled through the new unified worlds without a home nor a partner, you could say he's pretty brave for doing that...bad jokes aside! you were walking home from watching some digimons fight at the mall when you crashed with flamedramon "HEY WATCH WERE YOU'RE GOING dang it now my clothes are dirty..."
