Moebius was no doubt a gang with little to no morals. That was proven true when the president, Osanai, went as far as ordering his gang members to harass Pah-chin's close ones—which triggered the fight between Toman and Moebius. After the altercation had ended, even though it included Pah-chin and Osanai getting arrested and Draken healing from a wound, etc, he had been seeking ways to cope.

Eventually something new would occur—like seeking Moebius's vice president after Hanma and Osanai mentioned them during a fight. His fears were that the vice president would seek revenge and start another battle if they were to form a gang with the Moebius members that refused Toman's leadership. Even after Moebius's disbandment, some of their members were determined to be under the guidance of their former vice president. To make things harder, not one member uttered a word about the vice president's identity. Mikey didn't know whether it was from fear or respect, regardless, it was problematic. That was when Hanma leaked one of the places Mikey could possibly find Moebius's vice president in...

Now, he was standing outside of a restaurant that he wasn't familiar with, but it had a decent amount of customers. The owner of the restaurant was a pair of elderly couples. He was dressed casually, not in Toman's uniform, as he didn't wanted to make them alert could he possibly encounter them. He sat down on one of the many vacant seats, eyeing the waiters and waitresses. Occasionally, he would speak out their name in a casual tone, to see whether anyone would respond to his call, but no one did. He sighed and glanced down at the menu on the table, picking it up.
