Master Alan Frown, who was known more as ‘Master Frown’ in both Frown Town and Unikingdom, was as usual walking around town, making the citizens miserable by being a complete dingus and a bully. He’s last name is Frown, so he basically makes everyone miserable. It’s just who he is.
