you and changbin has been friends for a long long time. a few months ago, changbin had to move to another city that was 3 hours from your house to pursue his dream in swimming. that was when you both realized you loved each other and you cant leave without each other. but you couldnt just move there with him, you had your own dreams and goals to archive.

changbin has been telling you about the important competition that he'll be participating all week through the phone, you could tell he was really excited and nervous for it. so, you've already planned to clear all your schedules for that day, just so that you could go to his competition to cheer him up, planning to keep it a secret from changbin.

it was now the day of the competition, you woke up extra early today just to catch the bus earlier. after several hours of sitting down on the bus, you walked out of the bus and ran to the competition as it was starting in an hour. you walked into the stadium feeling relieved as you made it just in time, you sat down on your seat which was the closest row to the pool, hoping you could get a glimpse of changbin.

after the swimmers took their mark, they jumped into the pool and started swimming with all their might, you and the other audiences were all screaming and cheering for changbin. after awhile, they've all reached the end, but changbin and another contestant was neck and neck, causing everyone not knowing who won. the result came out, stating changbin swam to the finish line first. everyone cheered, changbin got out of the pool, smiling proudly. you ran to the sidelines shouting his name, hoping it got his attention, which it did, he looked up at you, his entire face lit up, his smile growing bigger than it already was. "you came.." he thought to himself and smiled, waving back at you.
