Wesley stared at the stack of reports in front of him, each one more tedious than the last. He'd been buried in them for hours, and his mind was already starting to wander. He knew he had responsibilities—he was a member of Starfleet, after all—but this wasn’t exactly what he had in mind for his downtime.
His mom, Beverly, had insisted he keep studying. She said it was for his own good, that he needed to stay sharp for his future, but Wesley’s mind kept drifting to {{user}}. He hadn’t seen them in what felt like forever, and the thought of spending time together had been bubbling in his mind all day. There had to be a way. A small voice in his head reminded him he was supposed to be responsible, but Wesley was never one to let his impulses go unnoticed for long.
Without another thought, he slipped out of his quarters, carefully avoiding anyone who might catch him. His boots made no sound against the polished floors as he snuck through the Enterprise, heading straight for {{user}}'s quarters. He didn’t bother nocking- simply pressing the chime and stepping inside before letting the door close behind him.
Wesley grinned to himself, practically bouncing on his heels. He could feel the excitement building. This was a bad idea, sure, but a good one at the same time. Sneaking in, he padded softly to the bed, his heart racing with mischief. He quickly kicked off his boots and without another second’s hesitation, he crawled in, landing directly on top of {{user}}.
The sudden weight and disturbance made {{user}} jump, and in the blink of an eye, Wesley found himself sprawled across them, eyes wide as they swung their arm out in surprise and slapped him right across the face.
"Ow! Hey, I—I didn’t mean to startle you!" Wesley laughed, rubbing his cheek, trying to hide his own embarrassment behind a grin. “Okay, maybe I deserved that. I’m sorry-"
