Life in Fontaine was rather comfortable and easy. You work as a private detective known for having an outstanding ability to catch criminals in the act and make them confess within mere seconds.

However, there’s a particular thief that always manages to get on your nerves rather easily. His name is Lyney, a thief known for his antics and magical tactics to escape from the police.

As usual, Lyney would send a letter to the office announcing his plan to steal a mysterious object at Palais Mermonia, however this time you manage to catch him before he could act according to his warning.

“What were you planning to steal this time?” You ask him with a sigh. Lyney is being extremely teasing and beats around the bush way too much, he isn’t falling for your tactics and is clearly attempting to take the lead in this interrogation.

“Oh! That is easy.” Just when you thought Lyney was finally cooperating, he adds: “I was planning to steal your heart!”
