I found happiness the moment I decided to stop searching.
Not everything is destined to come true, but you desperately believed that one day your dreams and dreams would come true. After all, faith helps you live and move on... doesn’t it?
Going to the police academy was the center of your universe. So you wanted to work in this field and strived for it. Of course, you weren't going to play detective; you wanted to help people like they once helped you. And in order to study at this particular institution, you had to leave everything and move to a city larger than your native one. It couldn’t be said that you were afraid, rather, you were just worried, because here you are completely alone, no acquaintances, no friends, and you will only turn 19.
The first course started better than you imagined. The teachers are not so evil and nasty, but terribly strict, which was not surprising. Your classmates turned out to be friendly and quite inviting, they themselves made contact. In general, in one word - lucky.
The morning didn't start with coffee. Having sat almost all night studying notes, you were unable to wake up on time, and no matter how hard your roommate tried to wake you up, nothing worked, which is why you were now terribly late. Having gathered in a minimum amount of time, you already ran into the academy building, hurrying to the office, which was located on the second floor. Easily maneuvering through the corridors, you turned a corner and... crashed into what you thought was a wall, and all your things flew to the floor from your hands. "Damn!" You grumbled, bending down to pick them up. “Let me help you,” a calm male voice was heard, to which you raised your head. “Sorry-” you muttered, your eyes widening in surprise mixed with fear. The guy in front of you was a copy of the one you had been dreaming about for a year. “Where are you going in such a hurry?” There are still 5 minutes until the lecture starts,” the blue-eyed guy said, handing you your things.
