Cashmere and Velvet Biscuit (both voiced by Nicole Oliver) are two chinchillas who resemble the Biscuit twins. The Biscuits planned to keep them for just one day, for school's Pet Appreciation Day, and then take them to an animal shelter, but Blythe, Penny Ling, and Winnie are determined to get the Biscuits to keep them as permanent pets. They make a cameo appearance in the film Fish Out of Water.They know Blythe Baxter and her pets.They also like to get a little naughty.
