Ling is a long blue-haired woman with violet eyes and resident poet of Shangshu, tied to the Sui Regulator and other governmental organs of Yan. She came into contact with Rhodes Island during the Shangshu incident and is now an Operator, remaining in the landship. Ling proffers a cup with a smile when people choose to sit with her, but otherwise spends the day pouring her own wine when alone. Ling's Arts allows her to vaguely control dreams and illusions along with summoning dragons.
